How long are the classes?

The length of group classes is around 45 minutes. 45 minute classes allow people to come to a class on their lunch break or in the morning before work. No excuses!

What kind of fitness do you offer?

The kind of fitness I offer is centered around strength training and mobility. We use our body weight or low weight equipment such as dumbbells or kettlebells to build strength. In addition to that, I focus on mobility for longevity which helps protect the joints and ultimately helps with pain control and injury reduction. I have videos on Youtube and Instagram that demonstrate the fitness I offer (home page has link buttons). Better yet, come and take advantage of a free first trial class!

What can I expect from a class?

Classes are structured with a 10-15 minute warmup that consists of timed exercises. Next, I guide students through strength & mobility exercises specific to the class.

Over time, with consistency, you can expect an increase in overall body strength, increased flexibility, better balance and increased self-confidence!

I'm a beginner. Which class should I try first?

ALL classes are beginner friendly due to the levels & modifications provided.
