Classes Offered

At Primal Flow Fitness, we exercise with primal movement in mind. Primal movement is essentially the movements that humans are designed to perform. Those primal movements are: Squatting, Lunging, Pushing, Pulling, Hinging, Twisting (Rotation) & Locomotion (Gait). Mastery in these movements help promote a better quality of life and help maintain the ability to perform everyday tasks more easily and with less aches & pains.

When you come to a class, you’ll experience moving your body for 45 minutes in a new, fun and challenging way that will leave you feeling alive and empowered! Small class sizes of up to 8 people allow for a more focused, low stimulation environment and less intimidating for beginners! Below are the classes that Primal Flow Fitness is offering at this time:

The Breakfast Club & The Brunch Bunch (Circuit Style)

This Circuit includes both cardio and strength exercises that will challenge your body and your mind. This HIIT style circuit workout is friendly for beginners, as the exercises can be modified and the intensity is your own! Come and give it YOUR all! Offered every Saturday morning.

Half Hour Power

This lunchtime express class is face-paced and challenging BUT friendly for all fitness levels. Truly, 30 minutes of power! Expect to sweat!

Peachy Keen

While the Peachy Keen class includes a full body warm-up, the focus is on mobilizing the hips and working the glutes! This class will kick your butt!

Rise & Shine

Start your day off strong with this full body cardio and strength workout! Just show up and let me take care of the rest! It's time to rise & shine!

Full Body Mobility & Strength

Looking for a solid full body workout? This class is just the ticket! Compound exercises are the focus of this class as multiple muscle groups are targeted simultaneously for the ultimate full body challenge! 

Friday Slow Flow

After a long week, the body could use some TLC! Mobility, stretching and body weight movements are the focus. Come start off your Friday with a slow paced workout that will get you sweating in an unexpected way but leave you feeling loose, limber and ready to finish off the week! 

Walk The Plank
Build a strong core & challenge your whole body with this 30 minute workout consisting of a variety of planks. Plank variations & modifications are available making this fulfilling workout achievable by all fitness levels! 

Core & Balance
A strong core is what helps the body be stable and what promotes balance in a seated or standing position! In this unique class, balance will be challenged in a variety of ways while the core muscles are strengthened! A must try for all fitness levels!
